REFUND ELIGIBILITY
- By Juccy only accepts refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
- To be eligible for a refund, customers must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Customers must provide proof of purchase and photo evidence of the defect/damage.
REFUND PROCESS
- To request a refund, email us at cs@byjuccy.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
- Once the request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.
- To request a cancellation, contact us at cs@byjuccy.com as soon as possible.
