REFUND ELIGIBILITY
  • By Juccy only accepts refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
  • To be eligible for a refund, customers must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase and photo evidence of the defect/damage.
REFUND PROCESS
  1. To request a refund, email us at cs@byjuccy.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the issue
    • A brief description of the problem
  2. Once the request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  3. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us at cs@byjuccy.com as soon as possible.
